Maybe. Problem is that it's different frequency too. You have 60 hz and we have 50 hz. This also causes problems sometimes.

I'll google a little.

OK, fixed her another Strawberry filled Waffle this morning and I learned 2 new things.
First is I made the batter a little thinner which caused it to take longer to cook because of the added moisture.
Secondly I also put more strawberries in this one which also amplified the moisture.
Everything looked great until she cut into it and release all the juices but she said it tasted great.
However, she also asked me to go back to the other way next time.
"Basically the last 1/3 of the Waffle was a SPOON WAFFLE" :laughing7:   :chef: :whiteflag:

AFAIK 50/60 hertz should not be a problem for an induction heater setup unless it has electronic controls. It's motors and electronics where the hertz difference comes into play.

Thanks for the good luck wishes! We tried it today.

Filling was cream chez, plum preserves (we made 'em!) and strawberry preserves all mixed together. Tasted gooood. The only problem was not greasing between batches, so the second waffle stuck a little.

Thanks, OUP! :salut:

The waffles were very good! :D

My only complaint is that it's tricky to clean, since the plates don't come out.
