Homemade Scratch Buttermilk Biscuits

It’s cold and wet this morning and my bride made some biscuits and cream gravy; they were easy she said; I’ll post the recipe

She said 18-22 minutes and was surprised because of the high oven temp

She said she rolled them up in a ball and dropped them. Perfect amount; that’s an 8” cast iron skillet
