Articles on topics nobody likes to hear but relevant to the barbecue community. Generally I steer clear of those that even touch on political elements, but the Bill Gates comment inferring regulatory drivers to influence meat markets that impact all of us sure isn’t designed to meet the Dale Carnegie standard of winning friends and influencing enemies. This being a spiritual day of the week I will simply say it’s my time to turn the other cheek (though I am mainly inclined to do so to provide Mr. Gates an opportunity to kiss it).

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

There's some things that Can't be Faked, and, if you do there are horrible consequences to pay

Re: Barbecue Prices
All kinda bad health consequences from processed foods and artificial garbage already. We’re trying to be more like Rambo and increase to a real truck patch garden and no synthetic stuff or fertilizers (powered by horse poop, baby). And the fresh stuff tastes tons better! Amazing how much better fresh carrots, potatoes and spinach taste straight outta the ground.
But a steak birthed from a Petrie dish ain’t no steak. I say Ol Squint (Gates) can have all he wants, and leave the rest of us alone.
