I do add 100 Lbs of triple 13 and a 50 bag of Ag Lime every February and till it in. I only can pickles, squash relish, and Salsa. Might do a little pickled okra at times

We used to can. With the exception of a small batch of preserves, we no longer do.

I wish I could grow those. The germination of 80 days is too long for my region. I need 55-65 usually which is mainly varieties of cherry tomatoes. I prefer the sun gold or orange cherries. Less acidic. Surprisingly, a number of varieties of them including heirlooms.

I've had early girls before and they were good and bad when it came to the yield for me. The cherries overall yield was significantly more

Orange cherries are sweeter and have less acidity. Usually have 10 plants: usually 2 yellow pears, heirloom cherries, 4 orange cherries and 1 sweet red cherry. 1 larger heirloom rainbow is a nice one if you see it.
