Well it’s raining round here, since 15:00 yesterday.
Yes ladies and gentlemen that’s nearly 7” and counting. County just called to inform of flash flood conditions. At least the pool is full now.

Good for y’all although I don’t like the flood warning for you. We’re getting a slow drizzle that has been going on for 3 hours. It’s perfect; I jumped on the tractor yesterday and mowed about 20 acres; I’m very tickled

Got a buddy in Mesquite, about 10-12 miles west. They’ve had nearly 12” in the last 24. Fortunately my property has a good grade and a usually dry creek bed for run off.
