Fun night. Trooz thank you, and your Mrs. for making time for a visit, couple of beverages, and some great chicken. My wife said that spicy chicken she had was really good.

For those that enjoy music, Muscle Shoals Alabama is an American treasure. So much history here, the tours I took today were a real treat and could very well end up being the highlight of my trip. Parts since your a musician I wish you could have been here with me to take it all in.

So long Talladega, until we meet again next year. Had great weather, and big crowds.

Made Bloomington Indiana about 7:30 last night. Long day on the road after coming out of the track. Got hung up behind some wrecks coming up I-65 out of Birmingham. And they were all from RV’s from the race.

Ran hard yesterday Parts. Now for a couple of days here and an appt in the morning at a rv shop to see about getting a repair on something that came up last night. I was glad to get off the road last night as it is getting cool up here and the deer are running hard. They do a lot of damage to these things.

Greetings from the road. Spent a couple of days in Bloomington Indiana visiting my last living uncle on my dads side. Had a good visit and discussed and organized some end of life issues. Now I am back to simpler times in my early life in middle America. I am at an old family friends place near where I grew up. In these photos below you will see well over 200 bushel an acre corn and some of the best farmland in the world.
