Dragon Fruit, Anyone?

Postby Smoking Piney » Fri Mar 17, 2023 2:57 pm

We went grocery shopping yesterday and picked up dragon fruit. I've never heard of or seen it, but curiosity ruled the day. :D

I went to YouTube to figure out how to prepare it. It was easy - slice off the ends, slice in half lengthwise, and peel the skin (it peeled by hand). It has a texture like kiwi. The taste was sweet and we like it.

Learn something new every day! :D

Cool. I like kiwi. My wife said she’s had dragon fruit. Maybe I’ll have to give it a try!
