Piney is Officially Retired!
I walked out of my office for the last time yesterday - 30 years in the military and 14 years as a DoD civilian.
It feels great, but surreal at the same time.
We're celebrating with a little BBQ fiesta with a couple of friends tomorrow.
Looking forward to enjoying my retirement!

It does kind of have an effect on you when you contemplate all the hard-earned knowledge you have acquired is now of no value...
As one retiree to another live long and find your passion and enjoy yourself. I have somewhat had a feeling of being lost since I retired, but those around me seem to keep me busy...
