I have admitted in the past that Soft Flat Breakfast Tacos are my very favorite Breakfast Fixins and this morning was no exception.
EXCEPT for this one very Unusual and Funny thing that happened.
When I fix these I use the same 6 ingredients EVERY TIME.
1. Guerrero Soft Corn Tacos
2. Owens Hot Sausage Patty
3. Layers of grated Monterey Jack Cheese
4. Homemade Salsa
5. Homemade Jalapeno Jelly
AND
6. One Egg
When I prepared this mornings meal I ran out of the top 5 ingredients just as I finished making breakfast.
I actually got to laughing when I got the ziplocks out and realized the "SIMULTANEOUS" depletion of 5 out of 6 ingredients
Of course I had purchased several of the items recently when I saw that I was fixin to run out, so all is good for the next breakfast.

If it ain’t broke…
That’s better than when you run out of one of your meds before the other and you know they are all on the exact same time sequence. It’s like, uh oh, what’s I do :)
