Universal grill routine?

Postby Norway Joe » Tue May 25, 2021 1:55 pm

This is how grilling is done by most here:

Routine:

1) wife buys the food
2) wife prepares the salad, veggies and the dessert.
3)wife prepares the meat, marinate, puts everything on a plate with necessary tools and sauces and brings it out to the husband who is tendering the grill - with a beer in his hand.
4) wife stays out of the 3 yard perimeter where male testosterone and activities happen, without female disturbance.

Here's the important part:
5) THE MAN put the meat on the grill
6) wife goes inn and prepares plates and cutlery.
7) wife comes back out saying how great the meat looks. The man thanks her and asks her if she would kindly get him another beer.

Important again;
8) THE MAN takes the meat of the grill and hand it over to the wife.

More routine:
9) Wife plates everything with sides, sauces, cutlery, napkins and brings it all to the table.
10) after the meal the wife clean the table and does the dishes.

The most important:
11) Everyone thanks the man for his cooking knowledge and effort.
12) the man asks his wife if she enjoyed her "evening off" and when he sees her irritated reaction he concludes there is simply impossible to please some women.
