Gator Sauce Piquante ?ENCHILADAS?

:banghead: :banghead:

Yes, the Subject is what you see but I have an excuse :dont: Well, maybe not the best excuse but it's all I got.

Yesterday, I took a dark green plastic container out of the Freezer, thinking it was Chili and Enchiladas instantly became today's Lunch Menu. :chef:

So I prepared 4 Soft Corn Tortillas on a large plate with some melted Monterey Jack Cheese ready for the ?Chili? to be heated and spread on them then rolled. Due to the dark green plastic and frozen color, I didn't realize that I had actually thawed Alligator Sauce Piquante instead of Chili and, by the time I smelled it, preparations had been made for Enchiladas. I know that I could have chunked the Torts with the melted Chez and fixed some Rice but I just filled them with the Piquante and made believe they were Gatorladas. :dont: :laughing7:  :D

BOTTOMLINE: They weren't all that bad :chef:  :laughing7:
