It’s funny all these plant based items claim the taste just like the real thing.
Country Crock: taste just like butter.
You know what tastes like butter….BUTTER.
Sweet n Low taste just like sugar.
No sugar tastes like sugar.
And don’t get started with Almond Milk. I still can’t find the teats on an almond. :whiteflag:  :whiteflag:

AMEN Brother, testify. I have been on the anti-margarine kick nearly all my life. My mom, trying to manage a tight budget, used to buy margarine for us when I was a kid. One day the store was out. She bought butter. My dad and I were sitting there eating it on corn bread and it was so much better. We both told her no more margarine! We went on strike. Been eating butter ever since.

And SlimJim’s! Have you ever read what’s in those things? You might as well just suck on an oil pipe. Give me real jerky or summer sausage, not a meat byproduct dip stick! And so-called “American cheese”? It’s not even cheese at all! It never even caught sight of a cow. It’s made out of congealed corn oil! Give me real cheddar cheese dern it. It’s made in Wisconsin from cows. Now that’s American. And real maple syrup! Not that imitation stuff. Or real molasses or ribbon cane syrup.

Fer the love of Pete and by all that’s holy, I want a real jalapeño corn bread muffin with summer sausage and cheddar cheese cooked in, slathered in warm butter, dipped in blackstrap molasses and then drowned in bacon pan gravy with a tall glass of buttermilk on the side !!! FREEEEEEDOMMMM!!!!
