Hello from Santa Clara, TX

Postby BBQ_Explorer » Thu May 28, 2020 12:14 pm

Just joined the forums, but have been smoking and grilling for the past 15 years or so. A lot of trial and error, so I figured I could get some more tips from everyone and see what you all are doing as well. Just ordered a WSM 22" and waiting for it to come in - prob a month or two in the COVID environment! I've had the benefit of moving to all of the different major 'cue regions - Virginia/Carolinas, Kansas, and now Texas!

Howdy neighbor!
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
