Howdy from Hatfield McCoy Country

Postby The Real McCoy » Sat Aug 29, 2020 10:49 am

Thanks for letting me on The Texas BBQ Forum. I lived in San Antonio for 9 months doing Marriott hotel restoration as a contractor and that's where I was inspired to learn to smoke meat. As I drove around outskirts of San Antonio and seen all the pickup trucks parked at smoke house restaurants with smoke coming out the roof chimneys I just had to learn to smoke meats. I purchased my first smoker in 1996 and the attached video is the smoker I recently built. https://drive.google.com/file/d/180tRLy ... p=drivesdk
