Swanie from Lyle, Washington says hi!

Postby Swanie » Fri Sep 04, 2020 11:36 am

Last March we completed our rural home after a lengthy construction process. Now it's time to start.planning the outdoor kitchen build for next year - a wood burning oven ( I make pizza and artisan bread), a country cold smoke house (yeah add bacon to the thing I make), an Italian grill, and a bill country pit.

Thanks all! Nothing quite like coming together to share ideas, food stories, tips and all. Since I'm new to the Texas-style, I'll be taking lots of notes. However, when you want pizza, I've got that covered (Chicago deep dish, Neapolitan style, you name it, I've done it).

Hi Eric,
Welcome aboard.
Check out the pizzamaking web site.
If you are planning on building your own WFO, or buying one, you will find information there.
I spend a lot of time there as I too make pizza and have a WFO.

Howdy neighbor!

We do pizza too, but it takes a grill to make a village. LOL
