Hello from Missouri City

Postby uhmump951 » Sun Oct 04, 2020 11:46 pm

I am new to this forum. I do most of my damage with a Vision Kamado, and a 28 inch Weber Kettle. I just recently bought an offset and is excited to learn her.

I know I need a deflector plate and maybe some tuning plates and I want to mod the smokestack down without using a welder ....

Hope to keep creating great bbq ....Image

@Rambo That appears to be the advice I have been getting. When I seasoned her, it appears the smoke is circulating fine.
