Back in the Saddle

Postby TX1911 » Thu Oct 06, 2022 1:20 pm

Howdy everyone! Some of y'all know me, some of y'all don't. Been hanging around this place for 12 or so years. Kind of got side tracked during COVID and for the past year, but trying to get back on the horse and involved over here again. Not much new here, with the exception of ordering a Race Crew Drum today.

Wanted to send y'all some updates on the cook team, but I'm afraid to overload the server with pictures, so if anyone's curious, we're on Facebook. Just search for Texicue Cooking.

Regardless, looking forward to being back and sharing with y'all!

It was a ton of work, but we had a really good time. Our security estimated 700 people through the tent over both nights. Lotta mouths to feed.

Usually we're so burned out that we want nothing to do with BBQ, but we're already trying to find some small ones around our area that are straight competitions, and less of a party.

From an outsider, what do you think of the new team name?
