Tweeked and Tasty Tamales

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Jun 11, 2022 7:50 am

I've been a Tamale Fan most all of my live and just recently I have discovered, what I now call, my Favorite Tamale of all :!:
I found them at a local Mom and Pop BBQ Place that's been around for years. Not only do they serve up Great BBQ of all kinds but lately they have come out with "BRISKET TAMALES" :wav: The Masa is also awesome along with the filling that is shredded Brisket, seasoned just right.

I picked up a dozen the other day and that's what I'm having for Lunch today but just 3, not the whole dozen. :chef:

More Later :salut:

Well, that's what I get for talking about these for Lunch before it's time to eat.
It gave me the Munchies and they are gone at 10am.

There’s a reason tamales are big for Christmas - special food for a special time of year.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

There’s a lot of work and love that goes into a good tamale
