Went in September with friends that talked about how good it was. Menu said Texas style Brisket. Them boys must never have been to Texas. Maybe not the worst brisket I have ever had but it was close.
They must have pulled it off the smoker at 160 IT because it was tough and the fat was not rendered. Sausage was OK. The one BB rib that someone gave me was good. The buffalo rib was not worth while.
