Whiskey make me creative

Postby Texan79423 » Mon Apr 01, 2019 12:13 pm

I was grilling some beef fajitas and decided I needed some shrimp tacos to go along with them. I was on my third, forth, or so glass of crown and decided I needed a sauce for the tacos. I mixed up some sour cream with greek cucumber yogurt (4 parts sour cream with 1 part yogart) then added two table spoons of chipotle juice from canned chipotle. Mixed it up with a little water to thin for my squeeze bottle. Turned out really good had a light tan color. Warmed corn tortilla, shrimp, simple coleslaw mix, added creamy sauce, Squeezed a little lime juice on tortilla add salt to tortilla. The sauce had a little back heat not over powering. Every one really liked it.
