Former AREA 51 now Favorite Seasoning ?

Postby OldUsedParts » Sun Jan 17, 2021 12:20 pm

I use SPG a lot just as a sprinkle on seasoning over meat or own-yawns that I'm browning in the skillet for several dishes. HOWEVER, I was fixin some "Goulash" yesterday and my Wiffy requested that no Garlic to be used so I just grabbed the "test bottle" of ESSPRESO RUB and used it like S&P. WOW, we were both very very pleased in the flavor that it produced. Until I run out of ESSPRESO my Salt and Pepper Shakers are going get very lonesome, I'm afraid. :chef: :salut:

I’ll have to try the espresso like that. I keep a shaker of SPG and use it in place of S&P on almost everything. Love it on a nice slice of tomato

WELL - - SWMBO told me last night that she would like some more Goulash today so I think I'll just replay this one from Jan. 17th :chef:
