Pulled wild hog & jalapeño cheddar sausage In-yo FACE sammich. Hog was smoked with Sucklebusters Hog Waller and pulled. Topped with cole slaw and Sucklebusters Original Sauce on a ciabatta bun.

Thanks for the visual. I've made a similar sandwich in the past with brisket, pulled pork & sausage. When my son was 5 or 6 years old, I asked him to name it and that's what he came up with - The In-yo FACE Sammich. It stuck.

It's so cool when Kiddos name things, especially Food - - - my oldest Son used to call stewed Okra "cross yer legs okra" and his favorite Cake "drippy Cake" - - - BTW, he's a Percussionist also

We still have "magic chicken" at our house. Jackson was (and still is) an extremely picky eater. He'll be 18 next month. I named my grilled chicken "magic chicken" so he would eat it. Of course it was magic because well, it disappears.

I will miss his percussion days. Time marches on....
