I will try to get finished pics. The park owner came by about 10 and told me he had to turn the water off again today. Thankfully, he gave notice, unlike yesterday when I found out after I put soap on my hands. I bought enough time with promises of a sammie to get a shower and fill some pots, pans, and pitchers. We're going to make it easy on ourselves and pull it on-site. We'll have water and a kitchen there.

He had a really big leak in the part of the pipe that splits off to the different homes here. Les walked over and talked to him this morning and said it was really bad. They ran a sump in the hole last night to try and keep it from filling because the water was coming out so bad.
Well, the day went off without a hitch. We got there about 11 am and pulled the pork. The funeral was at 11:30 and lasted (including graveside) until about 1:30 or so. People started showing up about 2. At one point, they were lined up out the door, across a small parking lot to the street! We "think" there was about 200 people total! Three tables of food and 2 tables of just desserts. The pork was a hit and one woman told me we should open a restaurant after she tried it. We stayed and helped
clean the firehouse afterwards and got done about 4:30 or so. Then took the meat that was left (maybe a butt total or a little more...not much!) over to the family's house and talked to them for a bit before finally returning home. We're both tired but it was so worth it to help out a family that has suffered so much lately.
Here are finished pics!
Les took this one of my hands pulling the meat. Boy, was it hot! Hence the forks! The meat was really tender and juicy.
