Looks like the pic have expired..any chance to repost them? Did the Piedmontese cook differently? Higher, lower, the same IT to poke easily. Did it feel differently when poking because it is leaner meat? I am super curious of about this..love to hear what it looked like when you bought it...being grass fed did it taste like grass?

I can look when I get home I am pretty sure I still have them. It was a good brisket but not like a prime. The briskets are very lean but have a great beefy flavor. The price tag is a deal breaker for the quality of the meat in my opinion.
