Beef Ribs
First attempt at beef ribs and they did not disappoint. Treated them similar to a brisket. Rubbed with SB 1836, 225 degrees on the Oklahoma Joe's pellet until 165 internal. Pulled, wrapped in butcher paper and back on until 205 internal. Pulled and rested for 2 hours. Sliced and enjoyed.
