It's been A Few Month's.
I think my last post was back around November of 2020 so I just thought I'd stop by and see what y'all have been up to, hope everybody has been doing okay, it's been a crazy year. In all my year's I have never eat'in pulled pork, much less cooked one so a few day's ago I bought a butt and throw it on the pit, I cheated and put it on the pellet smoker. I want go into detail's but after 12 hour's on the smoker it turned out pretty dang good, it sure made some good sandwiches and taco's. Everybody stay safe and I'll keep in touch.

Looks great! I find myself "cheating" more often than not. The pellets are just too dang easy.

I miss the Raw Oysters that I used to gorge myself on but I became intolerant to them and had to quit'em.
The Catholic Church in Cleveland, Texas used to have an Oyster Supper and also a Crawfish Boil two times per year for $25 all you could eat. I'm surprised that they let me back in after the first year or two.
