I really like Ribs cooked like that and I call them K.C. dry Ribs even tho they aren't dry at all.

My wife isn't a big fan of pepper so as I type I have two more rack's of baby back's on the smoker cooking the way I normally do them. Got to make the boss happy.

No, I just need to find some 20" pipe so I can build a new fire box. I can still use it but pretty much have to stay with it to keep an eye on the temperature and control the heat. I've been using mortar to patch the hole's, can't really weld on it anymore.
