Looks like a great day in the Pacific Northwest. Here in North Central Texas we’re set up for straight ten days of rain. Fortunately got to go a rack of spares yesterday. Enjoy that sunshine and more importantly good Q’ing.

From the Senior Citizens Section of SE :texas: there's a pot of 15 Bean Ham Hock Soup going thru the process. Either a pan of Martha's sweet yeller cornbread or ?sticks? will be available for soppin dat pot liquor. So far AC's at warp speed and I don't see it changing any today. Happy Cookin and Q'n Y'all  :salut:  :chef:

How do you like your LSG 20" series cooker? These cookers have a look of their own, and I think they are handsome. I had a Shirley 24x36 which I liked but thought it was a little too heavy and big for my needs. Had an opportunity to part with it and did. After more reading and research, I settled on this cooker. I hope it will be finished by mid September 2021. Keep us posted on the results of the cook. I like your photo too and the stack looks like it is burning real clean.
