Thanks everyone! Used Sucklebusters on the pulled pork and the chicken thighs. KAM's pan method on the brisket. Everything turned out great! I had one guy tell me that he has been to 16 of the top 50 BBQ places in TX and he said we ranked right up there with them! I was stoked. He was even sober. Ha Ha.
