After 13 hours in the smoker a delicious thing came out. Juicy and tender!

Looks like whole coriander and black pepper. Roasting it before grinding to make his run.

Bingo GTR got it, I roast coriander, mustard and black pepper seeds for the dry rub. Grind everything ad some coarse salt and sugar cane sugar. That’s it.
