Did an almost 12 hour brisket from HEB yesterday. Started at 12 noon and ended 11.5 hours later. Totally cooked on my Weber Smokefire pellet grill..I've done 5 briskets on this thing now and it has performed flawlessly.
19lb packer, medium trim on it, rubbed with Bolner's Brisket Rub and smoked with Kingsford pellets.
