Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Second time trying these out here at home and I will say these were much better than the first! These were smoked on the 10th of this month with some Peach :chef: :mrgreen:

Pretty. Love the peach wood when I can find it, good w pork. Those look first rate.

That looks great, wish I could get belly here, kinda like tri tip I know they cut it but very rare, Kroger has some but always marinated with something.
PB AustinLX, Weber Performer, Weber E310 , 250g trailer pit , 36" cowboy grill, bunch of other ways to burn food.
