Been AWOL Brisket

Postby egghead » Mon Sep 27, 2021 9:44 pm

After being on the road and at our son & DIL’s house just south of Salt Lake City for 30 days it was time for some smoke. It was 7 days on the road and 23 days working on the house getting ready for their shipment. All satisfying work but high time for a brisket.

Hitting the road again in a couple weeks to North Carolina.

As always the brisket is spot on. Your choice of vegetables however is the most perfect combination imaginable.

I think I'd know that smoke ring anywhere. Hey Amigeaux, good to see Y'all back for a spell. Beautiful Pics especially the first one. Looks like a Marie Morning with your four legged traveling companions. :wav:

That’s crazy. I thought paying $10-15 a pound for Waygu was nuts.
