Pulled Beef

Postby egghead » Sat Nov 13, 2021 12:33 am

Pulled pork is real good but pulled beef is king IMHO.

Two chuckies rubbed and draped with bacon in the smoke at 250 until they reach 160, then into a Dutch oven until they reach 215. Removed and pulled discarding any fat and gristle. Back into the Dutch oven with BBQ sauce and on the pit for extra smoke for about an hour. Pulled beef omelette mañana.
