That's interesting. I haven't seen that before. How long do you smoke it?

I used a 6” A-mazen smoke tube filled with maple pellets. It was in the smoke for about 2-1/2 hours. I would stir the salt every 20 minutes or so to expose more salt to the smoke. 8)
