Beef Dino-Bones

Postby tex_toby » Mon Jan 17, 2022 7:37 am

Found some Dino-Bones at Costco this week after a long hiatus. Pecan smoked with Sucklebusters 1836 rub. Had to do it! Also smoked a brisket, two pork butts and some sausage, but these simply stole the show. :dont:

I actually cooked these on my mobile pit since I had two racks of these beef ribs, two pork butts, a brisket and some sausage. Needed more grill-estate! :D

Guess I have never seen that unit. You should send me some photos of that rascal. Mine is due for some paint touch up and get ready for Houston end of Feb.

Here’s my mobile pit. I bought it new on a whim 5 years ago. It was one of those things that I saw posted on Facebook one morning and owned it by the end of the day. It’s really more than I need and doesn’t get a ton of use. Since it’s too big for my needs, and my Gator Pit is a little small for my needs, I really just need to sell both and get something in between.
