Thanks. I just wish we had better knives at the station. They were supposed to be small chunk size but the knife cut was poor. Tasted good. I tad salty even though I reduced the salt by 1 cup.

When we would Summer Vacation in the Rocky Mtns, My Granny would pan fry our catch of the day in butter and seasonings - - YUM YUM
Many mornings I've seen her sitting at the breakfast table after helping us get up, get breakfast and get to fishing with her Morning Coffee and some cold trout from the day before. I loved and miss that Lady like no other. :rose:

It looks fantastic! Next to it…Is that…roe? I was never a caviar fan, but how does this taste and how do you prep it?

Similar memories from my youth, OUP. We would visit my Grandma, hit the trout creeks all day and bring home a mess of trout. These were native trout and it was akin to deer hunting with the stealth it took to ease up on them on a tiny creek. It was always a max fun day of fishing. She would prep and cook them and it was Heaven.

I loved my Grandma and I miss her to this day.
