EASTER MENU’S ?
We usually do the traditional ham, dumplings, dressing, etc. I guess it’s a compliment, they have requested BBQ so Poppie is going to fire up my old friend. I’m going to do a brisket, a pork butt, and 2 racks of Baby Backs. I just do the meat; the Ladies will be making Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Corn on the cob, and Hot Rolls(homemade yeast). Pecan Pie and Chocolate Pie

I set menu but I’m sure it will be something grilled or smoked.

I bought a ham awhile back, going to defrost and smoke, best I remember it was smoked so this will be a double smoked ham. Then deviled eggs ect...

I need to crank the Pit Boss and fix that Pork Butt I got a couple weeks ago. Sides will depend on whether I decide to put and do Sammiches or Slice.

Re: EASTER MENU’S ?
Spiral cut ham, grilled asparagus, and roasted baby potatoes.
But I can skip all that and crash Rambo's dinner.
Rambo, what time should my wife and I arrive?

Just put the Pork Butt in the Frig to thaw and I imagine it will be Pulled Pork Sammies but sides are undecided ?if any?

Re: EASTER MENU’S ?
I'm boycotting ham. So I'm doing a brisket and pork shoulder. My future son in law is coming and hoping it doesn't flop.
