Keepin' Pork Butt Warm

Postby jwh » Sat Apr 16, 2022 12:33 pm

Is it okay to "rest" a pork butt overnight in a slow cooker?

Askin' for a friend.

My friend says "on," similar to an oven, but his oven won't go below 175.

You should be fine. If you am worried then take it out, let it cool then refrig it. I should not take that long to rewarm it.
