I went ahead and thawed one out last night. I’ll give it some smoke this afternoon late and then KAM pan it tonight in the oven at 170 then turn it up to 300 in the morning and hit temp to serve for lunch Monday

Yours too. I post a pan picture when I get it in there tonight and in the morning. Works every time and old Poppy doesn’t have to stay up all night feeding the stick burner

Looking good KAM. When are you going to serve? Pictures please. I’m laying the clear blue to mine right now. I’ll pan at dark 30.
