You turned us onto this a couple years ago and I must confess that I had forgot how good they were - - - - sooooo I need to put Poblanos back on the Grocery List to remind me. Thanks, Capt'n :flag: :salut:

Those Poblanos have a great taste and they don't come back and haunt you later like Bell Peppers do. I've used Anaheim also and even tho they are good, the Poblano is better. IMHO :dont:

this is the comment i added to my post on Facebook-
..guys.. i made these a couple of years ago with more meat in the mix and they were pretty good.. but the poblanos have a slightly bitter flavor. the Anaheims have a much better flavor. and the Hatch peppers are the best. Hatches are in season in Aug~Sep. the Hatch & Anaheims are all part of the NewMexico pepper cultivar = serious pepper biz buy Anaheims until you can get the Hatches. all are - "banana peppers"

Yes Sir very much so.
I have been using boudin for quite a while it is such a simple process. My wife prefers the smoked boudin I prefer the jalapeno.
