Took 14 hours but it came out fantastic. Finished cooking at midnight last night. Wrapped it in a towel (it was in red butcher paper) and put it inthe ice chest to rest. It sucked almost all the juice last night. Has really good smoke flavor and the first words the wife said was wow, this is tender. So I am happy with it.

I'll tell you one thing, Pawpaw, if that's your first then you are in for some Larapin BBQ's so get ready

That's my first on this new cooker. I learned a few things about this cooker in the process. I've cooked them on my old Camp Chef Lux and a Pit Barrel in the past.

10-4 That's still an awesome smoke ring for a Pellet Pooper !
