Spear a minting LOL

Postby bobcat1 » Sat Jul 23, 2022 5:51 pm

Cranked up the Victory Pellet Smoker (Easy Bake). I'm not gonna lie, the food rocks. Pork Tenderloin, Chicken, and believe it or not a Rump Roast. Never cooked one on the smoker before, but I like the results. Kinda dry like the brisket flat sometimes, but break apart tender and tastes awesome. The Au jus is perfection though. The pork tenderloin will melt in your mouth. The chicken was just right. 9 hours total cooking time on the Roast at 200 then 250 once wrapped at 165. I'm happy with it.

Thanks guys! Photoshop.... I wouldn't even know where to find that. The family is great! Hudson's Dad, my Son Matt got married a while back. Now they are expecting and Hudson is gonna have a baby "brudder". Just found out it was a boy last week and all the genetic testing came back perfect!
