question about Turkey shopping

Im in Ft Worth and wondering where everyone is getting their monster turkey legs and boneless breasts?.....I see some at the normal stores but never the huge ones like i see the BBQ restaurants using.....

Check your local meat market. If they don't have them they can order them for you.

The largest I’ve seen have been at El Rio Grande. Their FTW store is at 3037 South Fwy. The legs run over 2# each. I haven’t seen a two pack that was 5# yet but they are all 4#+.

HEB has some big boneless turkey breast halves, but they are pumped with 15% solution, so you're buying a lot of water.
