So the proverbial “they” decided to do a system upgrade, interrupting my Afterhours work. So I’m taking up some differ’nt labors.

looks like it came out good; I was price shopping briskets the other day starting to get the itch to cook one in the near future, will probably have to use the "instalment" payment plan to buy one...
