Breakfast Fattie on the Traeger
I cooked a chicken and sausage gumbo Sunday and had a hankering for a hearty breakfast. I have never tried a Fattie on the Traeger I always opted for the Weber Kettle. I have to say the results are spectacular!!!
2 lbs. of Jimmy Dean regular sausage, a bacon, onion, jalapeno, potato, and cheese 6 egg omelet wrapped in thick cut bacon.
We call them breakfast on a bun as we serve it on slider buns.

Lawdy Lawdy, Sir KAM - - - that is absolutely Awesome - - - I think I'll have to try that the next time we have overnight company.
Can't wait to see the looks on their faces when I say "Breakfast is Ready"
About how long does it take to cook that one?

Thank you Sir!
I cooked it at 325° for about1.5 hours OUP. I temp the omelet looking for 165° to 170°. This allows the sausage and bacon to cook.
