I can’t afford it. I check the Brisket Bin each time I go in HEB or Walmart because I know what I’m looking for. I bought a 10 Lb HEB Brisket yesterday that had bright red blood, thick flat ends, and must of come of a calf instead of an old cow or Bull. I could bend it double

My Neighbor told me the other night that he found a 10# brisket for $21 but I forgot to ask where :banghead:

Baked an apple pie and a loaf of multigrain bread. PB baked brownies. We thawed some ribs done in August. Can we get away with just that?
