Re: What y’all cooking this weekend!
No cooking from me this weekend, just some big oIe cups of Chicken Corn and Potato soup and Cornbread from Wawa both days...
Weekends in December and January are tied up with Flea Market spots. Hungry Man Chicken Noodle soup right now as I watch the Snow accumulate. Good chance it will STILL be around for Christmas

Sailor, are you sure the grease wasn't from the cheese mix ? I've made something" similar " and poked small holes in the bottom just after the dough starts crusting up.Sailor Kenshin wrote:Pizza pot pie. Not entirely successful....home made filling, dough from a can.
Dough too greasy, should have had it only on top instead of a foldover. Tasted good, though. Side of garlic bread.
I cooked them directly on a grate with a grease catch pan under it.
It makes all the difference in the world.
I for one love Stuffed Pizza but if you don't have drain holes in the bottom it will be greasy. I make these with pepperoni as the bottom layer with the cheese in between the slices.
Most, not all of the grease drips out.
Just make sure that your catch pan is alot wider than these.

It was the dough; when I was stretching it out, grease got all over my fingers and it took three washings to rinse off. The filling wasn't at all greasy, but I do think next time it'll be home-made dough, and try things your way.
I've also made some very successful deep dish pizza. Gotta have pepperoni! Thanks.
Moink!

Doing a Rack of Baby Backs today and there's no doubt we'll have pulled pork Sammiches in a day or so.
However I'm due for a Center Cut Tenderloin Steak when the Weekend comes around

I saw the Albertsons flyer yesterday they had a couple of items to take advantage of, some said "digital only" I can only wonder what that means?

Butcher walked me through it man. It was easy.
Go to Albertsons app and go to deals at the bottom. Search brisket. Then download the coupon. Give your phone number to the check out person and the 1.99 will apply.
If you spend 30 bucks you can get a ham for 97cents per pound.
