Thinking bout a nice chateaubriand this weekend instead of a prime rib roast.

Y’all stay tuned

Edit…..

Just got our first whole hog gig for New Years. Nice lil Chester white.

We can only do three so two more spots left.

Nice tomahawk Big Thicky!

I did some SV NY Strips and seared in CI tonight.

It was good, but I think I like searing on the Weber better.

Met with my bro n law tonight and nailed down the pig gig. Only thing is we are not sure what pit to use.

Big Thicky or Tiney 290

Sure we will work that out in the next few days.

till the wife finally says we may not sell, then the cooking begins, till then I have to keep the kitchen and the patio clean, the realtor called yesterday apologizing for no showings so may be there is hope however me thinks the real estate market round here has "died on the vine" and us as usual are late to the party...

Cold Front is knocking already but no teens yet - - 30 now but 27 when I got up - - looks like the water bill is the only thing that will be high since I'll be dripping the pipes for several day very soon. :whiteflag:

:D hope y’all like the pictures we just like to have fun!

That front is gonna hit us Thursday-Saturday. Supposed to take the kids out to a buddy’s place and take a few doe for him. Not liking the 8deg as a low….

We are out of deer jerky so a few doe would be nice.

Go Cowboys!
