Thank you Sir!!!
I love to cook and work with steel.
I am sure there is a laundry list of struggles as is for most. I just trudge through to the end. I started really young cooking with my grandparents and parents and learned to adapt and overcome when a glitch happens in the process. It drives my wife crazy that I have no recipes to go by just cook and be Happy. Like my cookers they have no prints or plans just sleepless nights thinking about what I want in the end.
